Allison Bonifay, M.A., LPC
Allison is a licensed Mental Health Therapist with a master’s degree in Counseling Psychology. She completed her graduate education at Pacific University and has continued her training and practice to focus on evidence-based treatments for anxiety disorders in adults and adolescents.
She has been published in her study of anxiety disorders and has presented at various national and international psychology conferences. She has also guest lectured at local universities on multiple occasions. As a strong advocate for community-support and equal access to quality mental health treatment, Allison continues to collaborate with state agencies and non-profit organizations in the Portland Metro area to provide services and seminars on effective treatments for anxiety disorders. She has extensive experience in treating and speaking on hoarding disorder.

Kevin Ashworth, M.A., LPCi
Kevin is enthusiastic and passionate about helping people improve the quality of their lives. Kevin uses his passion, humor, experience, and education to make therapy a comfortable, rewarding, and beneficial experience.
Kevin integrates his experience from working in residential, inpatient, and outpatient settings to understand how people are impacted by their psychiatric conditions. Kevin's focus with anxiety disorders developed when he realized how hopeless many individuals with anxiety disorders felt and the relief that is often experienced when someone understands the "why" and "how"' these conditions develop and behave . He uses scientifically proven treatment methods to help clients become the experts of their anxiety and lives.
Kevin holds a master's degree in Counseling Psychology. He has presented at local, national, and international conferences on topics of anxiety, cognitive-behavioral therapy, and therapy models for working with children; as well as publishing in peer reviewed journals on similar topics.
